Residential & Commercial HVAC Services

At Cafco Services, we offer a full range of residential and commercial HVAC services to our customers. Our reliable and attentive technicians are committed to bringing you high-quality services and products for your home and business.

While both residential and commercial systems condition the air by providing heat in the winter and cooled air in the summer, they do have a few significant differences in both their processes and equipment. Our technicians are well versed in both — from assessing the amount of power needed, to the size, location and complexity of the systems required.

As the top AC company in our area, we can help you with all of your HVAC needs from design, installation, replacement, repairs and maintenance. Whether you need an air conditioner replaced, HVAC equipment designed for your new business establishment or your heater repaired, our team will take care of your indoor comfort needs.

Determining Your Needs

We believe in offering long-term value to our customers, which is why we never cut costs, and only offer the best HVAC products in the industry. We recognize the differences between the systems required and adjust our services accordingly, taking into consideration:

  • Size. A bigger and more complex commercial HVAC system is needed in bigger buildings than for a typical residential HVAC system. The size difference requires commercial systems to have more power than their residential counterparts.
  • Location. A larger system means more space needed for the equipment. A commercial HVAC system is typically located on the roof for a variety of reasons. First, a large HVAC system creates a great deal of noise, which can be muted by putting it in a rooftop location. Routine maintenance is also made easier by a rooftop location where HVAC technicians don’t have to sidestep to perform their work. A residential HVAC system, on the other hand, is manufactured as a split and standalone system and is usually installed in a basement, a crawlspace or on the side of the house.
  • Complexity. HVAC systems are designed for the complexity of the building they are being installed in. Commercial systems are manufactured as a modular system, and components housed on the rooftop can be moved, modified and expanded as needed. This allows building owners to piece together the parts to accommodate their needs as they grow and change. Residential HVAC systems have units in different locations: the furnace in a crawlspace while the air conditioner sits outside. It’s a standalone system in that both cooling and heating are operated through one system.
