If we fail to arrive at your home at the agreed time we scheduled your appointment we will waive your evaluation fee no questions asked! We owe it to our clients to honor our word.

Our Service Specialists are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete your job with speed, precision and professionalism. They wear floor savers, clean up their work space cleaner than when they arrived and guarantee that you’ll have all the information to make the right decision of how to take care of your problem. They will always give you the price for the solution Up-Front before starting any work.

Repair Guarantee
All Repairs completed to your system carry a full two (2) year guarantee on defects on parts and labor. If a repair fails in the two year period we will repair or replace the part and associated labor for free.

Installation Guarantees

24-Hour “Have the Heat On” or “Have the Cooling On” Guarantee
Unlike most companies, we are a service company first. We have a staff of qualified service technicians that are there to serve you in the unlikely event your new system has a problem. So our guarantee to you is that when we arrive, we guarantee that we will have your system up and running within 24 hours of our arrival or we will put you up in a local hotel for the night if requested.

Installation Workmanship Guarantee
Our installation technicians are the best in skill, attitude and workmanship. They’ll care for your home and complete the job with speed and precision. They wear floor savers, clean up when they are finished and take personal responsibility for your satisfaction. They will not smoke or swear in your home and they are polite and courteous. If, when they have finished in your home, they have not performed in accordance with these high standards, we'll refund whatever amount of the purchase price you feel to be fair up to $500.00.

2-Year Client Unconditional Installation Guarantee
After purchasing a new heating and or cooling system and also having it installed by Cafco Services, we agree to REFUND 100% of your purchase price if you are not satisfied with the performance of the equipment or our services, and remove the equipment from your home.

Cafco Service’s 'No Lemon' Guarantee
If the Compressor in your Air Conditioner fails during the first Ten years of ownership, or the Heat Exchanger in your Furnace cracks during the first ten years of ownership, we will remove the entire unit, rather than the component, and install a completely new one. If you've ever bought a "lemon" before, you truly appreciate our commitment to your long-term satisfaction.

Cafco Service’s Comfort Guarantee
We guarantee that when properly designed systems are installed, maintained and operated in accordance with the manufacture's operating and maintenance manuals, the system will perform as we have stated and agreed upon. If the desired comfort is not achieved, we will make any modifications or repairs necessary to reach the desired temperature at no charge to you for a period of five (5) years.
