The most important day in the life of your air conditioner, furnace or heat pump is the day it’s installed. Most equipment failure can be traced to an improper installation. Your heating and cooling system is made up of four components. Only one component, the equipment, is controlled by the manufacturer. The other three components; the refrigerant charging, the electrical power supply, and the ducted air supply and distribution system are all the responsibility of the contractor you choose. Most contractors simply sell you equipment and ignore the importance of the other three components. We’re different. We don’t take short cuts.
