Extended Surface Synthetic Media Filter
The Purolator Defiant Bag filters are extended-surface, high-capacity air filters
Composed of individual synthetic media dust holding pockets assembled in a metal support frame.
Outperforms similar products with respect to initial efficiency, average efficiency and dust-holding capacity providing optimum filter service life and lower maintenance and energy costs.
Based on ASHRAE Standard 52.1-1992:
- Average efficiency range: 70-95%
- Average arrestance: 95-99%
Based on ASHRAE Standard 52.2, filter shall have a MERV of:
- 70% Efficiency = MERV 12
- 85% Efficiency = MERV 14
- 95% Efficiency = MERV 15
Available in four filter sizes: 12x24, 20x20, 20x24, 24x24, and multiple capacity and depth sizes.
